YES! Of course! We can and will execute almost any type of content. The online quick-order system is designed to accommodate our most commonly requested services, but we will happily help you with any and all of your content needs.
In a sense, yes. Most of the time, clients prefer a specific series of key phrases, and we create content to fit those phrases. However, some clients prefer to have optimization done based on the keyword research performed by our team. If you choose the SEO add-on, our team will conduct specifically crafted research and write your content using the highest performing key words and phrases for your target. Not only that, we’ll include a report of what we learn, so you can use it for other things (think ads, hashtags, and posts).

That’s why we offer our live chat, and access to our team (yes, real, living, breathing people) through phone, email and even through Facebook messenger if you feel so inclined. Each piece of content we write becomes the property of our client(s). We even offer a special anonymity option to all our clients. If you don’t want anyone, including your mother, to know you’re using our service — simply click the radio button indicating your preference. Your secret is safe with us. For self-service, ordering is as easy as clicking through the process and following the prompts. We use PayPal as our payment vendor and we accept credit cards as well. If you need to pay with a card, simply follow the appropriate prompts when you land on the payment page.
If you’re seeking integrated service, your billing will be handled manually, through our billing department. You will receive invoices based on the order and will be provided with a number of payment methods. Once your payment method is secure, we’ll begin work based on the agreement we form together during the ordering process.
We will consider all requests. But Vertu reserves the right to reject orders based on subject matter at any time. Typically, we steer clear of content in the adult genre, as well as things promoting or encouraging violence, hate, criminal activity, etc. Don’t worry though, if we have an issue with your request, we’ll work with you to find a suitable outcome. If we can’t reach a compromise, we’ll gladly issue a full refund.
We do our best to turn content around in a couple days (48 hours). In some cases, it may take up to five business days (large projects). We will keep the lines of communication open to ensure you get what you need when you need it. If you have an urgent need, please communicate this to our staff and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We will deliver your content via email, and because we know email isn’t always reliable, we will make it available on your Client Dashboard for a limited time.
We will publish content if it becomes part of an ongoing client agreement, under an integrated service plan. In most cases, content is delivered to the client and the client publishes/uses the content in any way they choose.
Because our standard of excellence is so high, revisions are very rare in our world. However, should you require a revision, we do offer a full week review period. Keep in mind, the nature of your request will be taken into account. We are happy to revise content if errors are found or the context is off base — at no cost to you. However, we will not complete a free revision in the event you simply change your mind about the subject matter, you accidentally sent the wrong links, you left the instructions field blank and your special request wasn’t recognized, etc.
